This qualification is designed for experienced construction operatives currently supervising others on site. The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision formally recognises your skills and experience in team management, health and safety compliance, and efficient site operations.
Ideal for site workers ready to take the next step into formal supervisory roles, this NVQ allows you to prove your competence without taking time off work. Assessment is carried out via on-site evaluation, supported by evidence of your day-to-day duties.
On completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for the CSCS Gold Supervisor Card, a recognised standard for site supervisors across the UK construction industry.
This qualification is regulated by Ofqual and accepted nationwide by employers and industry bodies.
